Good Old British Summer

We had a few weeks with sun here in Northern Ireland and then came the rain, feels like it is never going away. That and the strong winds made me take this pictures in SL. I might have been in a park but still, with the rain hitting my window I didn't feel like walking on a beach in SL.
Anyway, back to the reason I am doing this post. More from the new L`Abel Country Chic collection. This top feels like something comfy to wear. It is called Cyri and comes in 5  colours. I put it on with shorts from L`Abel that came out before but I find them such a useful thing to own. Even when wearing winter stuff I just stick on some tights and they work. Don't forget to look around L`Abel when you go over.They have a ton of things like these shorts that really you should own. More important, go see the new collection.

Be The Bomb

Give me funky shoes in any life. A-BOMB is a brilliant shop  for fun shoes. You can buy these in single colours but for me the beauty is getting the fat pack and having a simple HUD like this to use. They had brought these out for the shoe fair and naughty me never got blogging much for that. Good news is, you can find these in the main store.

Country Chic

The new L`Abel collection is now out. Filled with romance, you will  find everything so easy to wear.
This is Enna. Pretty lace detail on soft cotton, 3 options of how to wear this makes it handy to mix and match. In lavendal, tan and white, the colours are beautifully muted to keep that summer feel.

Not in the mood to write much so just letting the picture do the talking.

Little Bit Of Everything

So many great things to blog and so little time.
First of all the car from Glitterati, you just can not help but wish this was in RL. This pose prop has 10 male poses and 10 female poses in it. It will also let multiple people sit on it. It has shadows, headlights turn on and off. Colours available  - pink, black, red, silver, yellow.  or sexy poses or fun group pictures,this is so worth getting.
The Little lingerie set is called Spotty and is from  NZURI. This might seem like a new store but the designer isn't. Tracy Rubble used to have a store called Trubble. Trubble closed so Tracy could designer more freely and not just make clothes. This store has abit of everything in it. The 4 colour options are shown, it comes  with  sheer layer options as well as full cover.
The hair is a brand I have never wore before.It is called Calor and from Simply Britnee. It isn't I don't like this store, I just forget about it but I will try harder in future.
The skin is a new one I am trying out.It is called Sarah and from Essences. I like the shading on this skin and the face is pretty. Think I will play around more with this and use some tattoo make-ups on it. Watch out for future blog posts.Run over and get this skin for just 70L while they have it out.

Here Comes Summer

The new L`Abel Country Chic Collection will be out this Saturday 28th  May.  I have watched this collection grow and it is by far my favourite from L`Abel so far (and you know I love everything Neferia makes).
This is Summer, a beautiful, fun  pantsuit in 3 fantastic colour prints.I will be showing more Country Chic over this next few days so keep watch .

Keep It In The Family

The top is from SySy's, the pants from Ayla's.I know both girls won't mind me showing stuff together (they are cousins in RL).
The Dani pants are brilliant. One of the many things I love about these is you can not see the join line were the sculpt flaw is attached. Detail like this show how much care is put into the design. 6  wearable colours makes it worth getting them all.
The top is call Sashi and it is just what we have come to expect from SySy Chapman. Cute design,sexy and lots of colours to pick from (7 in total, the violet is not shown). The print is subtle and the attached sculpty easy to wear when moving around.

Be A Doll

These Doll Ankle Boots are something new from Lassitude & Ennui. I love this shoe store, always have so it makes me happy to find so many new releases from this designer. The detail is as amazing as ever. Just pick a colour that works best for you (really you should fat pack shoes, makes life easier). The wear the HUD and use it to change some colours around to make these fit more to the outfit you are wearing. The tights I have in the picture are from Sways. While these boots are cute to wear with  shorts, skirts or jeans over the summer they will also be perfect for Autumn/Winter. For me that makes these a brilliant buy.

Make The Pink Stop

 Bloom Dolls have hit SL and many of us are going nuts over them. For some reason it made me want to go all pink and girlie. Get over to Sand Shack Surf Co. and see which doll suits you. 
I danced with delight when I see this dress on plurk from Sn@tch. The dress is called Junior Prom. The detail, texture and style  have all been well done. The colour range gives something to suit suit everyone. Best of all, for those who  want to play with Bloom Dolls but are crap at sizing stuff, this dress needs no work. Perfect for small and larger avie.

SwayLand is my happy place. It is the sim I go to when I am feeling lonely or sad and needing to find something to smile about.

Dragon Lady from PurpleMoon Creations (Japan Relief Fundraiser)

 I was floored when I see a picture of this gown on flickr. Dragon Lady is exclusive to the Japan Relief Fundraiser so you don't have much time to run over and buy this. Were do I start, this gown is breathtaking, the drama from the bright colours running around the black background. The detail of the design feeling like a picture telling a story. Can you tell I am in love with this gown ?

Meil from Candydoll

 This is a skin I have never wore before. I have seen it on others and it was lovely but when I tried it never looked right. When I got the demo of Meil I tried it hoping it would suit this time. I think it does. This  is tan but it does come in a range of skin tones to suit all. I love the kissable lips from this skin. As you can see from the picture above the skin is nicely shaded, nothing over done. Below are the skin options, each comes with its own make-up ( so it suits all viewers) Next is the picture with the lipstick tattoos. This is were it gets really interesting. Start mixing up all the lipsticks with the bright make-ups and you get a skin perfect for the summer. Best of all, anyone using a 3rd party viewer can still enjoy this skin as much as those using the LL viewer.
Another thing this skin has, boob options - you get it in cup size, from A to D and also with or without the hair base.
So if you have been like me and found this brand never suited before, try it again and you might get lucky as I did.

52 Week Colour Challenge - Week 28 PINK

So the colour challenge was pink this week. I had to find so something that rocked to make me wear that colour. This gown is from My Precious and is just beautiful. It comes in a range of colours. Shimmering in all the right places as it hugs over every curve and opens at the bottom. Flowing lace highlights the lace bodice.

 I wear Amacci hair often but never tried the skins, I wish I had done before now. This is Katie in the fair tone.It has a tone of options so let me list them.

Fat Packing Happy

How do you buy just one pair of boots or shoes, I struggle with that. I need to fatpack.  Flora from L&E does make buying one pair easier though. You just pick your favourite colour and then you can change it over and over to suit whatever you are wearing. The HUD is easy to use and you get a regular pair and a pair with a re-sizer script in it. Style may changes, classic remains. These boots are classic and worth getting.

Soft Summer

Ayla has done it again. I say that each time she brings out something new lol. This top is called Genny and is just so pretty.  The colour range has been well selected. Clean, bright but not overpowering. IF you have not been over to look around this store you rally are missing out. Ayla has moved to The Deck some (moving up in the world). The store has  loads more room which makes me so happy. Means she will designing more goodies for us to wear.

52 Week Colour Challenge - Week27 - Olive

Dany From Adam n Eve

Every time I get a skin from Adam n Eve  I think oh this is my favourite. Then another one comes along and I fall in love all over again. Dany is beautiful. Shading is perfect, face is cute and the make-ups fun. It also comes with  loads of options.
You get  freckles, manicure & pedicure to match the lips colours. Hair bases are in black,dark brown, red and very pale blond. Eyebrow colours are black,brown and red. In the pack 2 skins are provided so you have the with or without boobs look.
Now to bite the bullet and learn how to use the LL view so I can have fun with tattoo layers, this skin to to pretty not to.

While poking around for an outfit to suit this colour challenge I found this dress on marketplace (they do have a store in world). I loved the pattern on it so took everything else off and started over again with styling. This is what I came up with.

52 Week Colour Challenge - Week 25 - Periwinkle (and some other stuff)

At first thought I was like UGH what to do for this colour but as I looked into my inventory I had a ton of things that would suit. I feel like being casual right now though, think it might be this cold I have, just don't feel like dressing up right now.
 I do what to make sure I show you this jewelry from MIAO . Is is at the Culture Shock event. I Everything is colour change, from the metal to the stones. The metal gives 5 options and the stones have 11 colour options. 100% goes to charity so go grab it while you can.
Another thing I thought was cute  - this T shirt from RezIpsa Loc. It is in the Happy When It Rains event on the Twomoons Island.

Culture Shock - My Precious

Precious Empress gown from My Precious is a joy to wear. It is what SL is all about. Wearing things you would never get the chance to in RL. It makes you want to explore and find a sim that is fitting to walk around while wearing this. The colour is vibrant while the gold thread makes a strong, detailed pattern. The skirt keeps on flowing, as you walk  the back shows as if it is ready to fall. Oh so sexy. I feel like a Queen.

Casual Monday

DCNY has been at it again. The casual clothes from this store is so wearable. The Linen Tunic is plain but that is good, it shows the beautiful cut of the garment.You can then see little details like the string tie. You get to options with them. Either the matching colour as I have used or a complimenting colour, each has beaded trim to finish. I have shown a few random colours but this top comes in 13 shades. You need to go take a look and find the colour that suits you.

The glasses are from je suis,  the side has 11 colours options so can match with any outfit. The bag is also from this store.
The hair is from elikatira, one of my favourite hair stores in SL. Grab the mixed colour packs for the best value.
The sneakers are from Baby Monkey, a shoe store I found very early on in SL and have stuck with it for my 4 years.
